Caroline Godwin · Discipline 01
Aerial is the centre of Caroline's work. Eleven apparatuses, a repertoire built and choreographed in-house, and a self-standing rig that lets an aerial act land in rooms that were never built for one — ballrooms, warehouses, parking lots, open desert.
What's in the Set
Her signature and, as far as she knows, the only one of its kind — a five-point steel pentagram that flies with fire wicks burning at every vertex. Available small or large, with fire, with LED, or clean. This is the act people book her for.
The workhorse. Single point or double point, static or spinning, in a plain steel hoop, a full programmable LED hoop, or rhinestoned for a black-tie room.
A caged globe that reads beautifully from every angle — built for centre-of-room installs and 360° audiences. Performed at AREA15 in full alien character.
A hoop on a rigid pole standing on its own base. No rigging, no ceiling, no ground crew — it lands anywhere there's a flat floor, and the stage itself is available to rent.
Softer, faster, more theatrical. Good for tight ceilings and for projection-mapped rooms.
A heart-shaped apparatus — the obvious call for weddings, Valentine's events and romance-styled brand work.
Harder-edged apparatuses for darker rooms — chains in particular photograph brutally well under red light. Contortion loops put the flexibility work front and centre.
A gothic, theatrical apparatus built for Halloween runs, horror-styled brand work and dark-cabaret rooms — she has performed it at the Sin City Halloween Ball.
Fire wicks mounted to the apparatus, or fire breathing performed from the air. The most requested upgrade, and the one with the most technical conditions attached.

Where & How It Happens
Theatres, ballrooms, nightclubs and arenas with certified points. Caroline works with the house rigger and supplies her own hardware and inspection paperwork.
Her self-standing rig travels. It has flown at Burning Man on open playa, in parking lots, on grass, on concrete and on the Esplanade — anywhere a truck can reach and the ground is level.
Desert, beach, racetrack, festival field. Wind is the limiting factor, not the surface.
She has performed on the Maxa art car above the Burning Man crowd during RÜFÜS DU SOL, and on standard proscenium and thrust stages.
Weddings — including a wiccan handfasting on the pentagram — vow renewals, memorials and brand launches, where the act is choreographed to a specific moment rather than a set.
Figures tagged Caroline to confirm are drafted from standard industry practice and still need to be checked against her actual equipment before this page goes to a client.
