Workshops
& Coaching

Caroline teaches on the festival circuit — Flowstorm, Firedrums, Southwest Flow Festival, Jungle Movement — and privately in Las Vegas. She is also the Aerial Coordinator for Southwest Flow Festival and Flowstorm, bringing her own rig so a festival can run aerial programming at all.

What's in the Set

The Workshops & Coaching Repertoire

01

Aerial Hoop / Lyra

Beginner through advanced. Conditioning, entries, shapes, spins, and sequencing into a routine.

02

Aerial Pentagram

The only place anyone can learn this apparatus, because she built it. Taught at festivals and privately.

03

Aerial Hammock & Sling

Wraps, drops and flow, for students who already have basic aerial conditioning.

04

Aerial Chains

A short, specialised class — chains behave differently from every other apparatus.

05

Aerial with Fire

Advanced only. Fire safety, prop handling, and how the two disciplines combine — taught at Southwest Flow Festival and Flowstorm.

06

Hoop & Flow Arts

Hula hoop, fans, staff and poi fundamentals for festival and community classes.

07

Flexibility & Conditioning

Splits, back flexibility and the strength work that everything else sits on.

08

Private Coaching

One-to-one in Las Vegas, including act creation — building a student their own routine, apparatus choice and costume.

09

Aerial Coordination

Caroline is the Aerial Coordinator for Southwest Flow Festival and Flowstorm. For festivals and producers: rig supply, safety management, scheduling and running the aerial programme end to end.
